Experience of consent order and sale of house

Consent order to say house go on market straight away. Can you be left homeless if you can't find a property to buy? There are 2 teenagers at home.

Anyone got experience of this? Solicitor seemed to think that a clause cannot be put in to consent order...

Couldn't you delay the sale until youngest teenager was 18?

Trouble is, your clause is very woolly and theoretically the house could never be sold!

We all need to move on which needs the house to sell. Cannot go into rented as rental would cost too much. Also I need to port over mortgage on a new property on day of sale....
