Posting for traffic - sorry!!

Hi all

I am currently on a lovely holiday in Montenegro (Kotor Bay - absolutely beautiful) but for some reason am having major issues when swimming, my feet keep scraping on rocks and I've got a few superficial cuts.

What shoes are best for swimming, and where do you think the best I can buy them might be?

Thanks!!

Diving booties probably. Any dive shops near you?

They call them watershoes in the Netherlands.... easily found at Decathlon, but not sure in Montenegro.

I bought some of these beach shoes from amazon - if you cant find a shop nearby then amazon might deliver to montenegro?? I've got them to deliver to a remote location in the French alps before.......

Aqua shoes (or as someone else said, water shoes). We've got some with proper soles (still very light and doesn't hinder swimming) that fasten with velcro. We've had slip on ones before but they weren't tight enough for me.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I'm going to the tourist beach town Budva tomorrow so will pop into a diving shop

I very nearly bought crocs, fully well knowing they are not at all what I'm looking for. I wanted some jelly shoes for adults but I don't think I can find them here! Grin

I found really cheap aqua shoes in beach shops and markets in Croatia, I expect you will find them in Budva
