Just popped out for a glass of wine in local pub garden with DH and DS19.
Catching a few rays of autumn sunshine, senses slightly dulled by pinot grigio when DH says,
" Your hands are just like your mother's...covered in age spots."
How to ruin a moment.

1. He has noticed the age spots of which I am hugely aware and hate.

I'd be furious too! I have patches of vitiligo on my hands though they don't really bother me. I swear though, I've seen a couple of patches that look like age spots to me.
I bought fade-out moisturiser for it though haven't been too good at keeping it up. Might Google though!!!!!
