Hey, as stated above I'm posting here for traffic.
My daughter goes to preschool with a boy called Jacob, he has cerebal palsy. There is an operation he can have that will allow him to walk unaided, however if he doesn't have this operation he will end up wheelchair bound.
This operation is no longer funded by the NHS due to cutbacks. So his parents need to raise the £21000 to pay for this operation. He is such a lovely little boy and he really wants to be able to run around and play with his friends.
