DF has posted a picture of what looks like three really large transparent pill capsules with coloured powder in them on the palm of a hand. she's put an enthusiastic post along the liens of 'can't wait to feel better, etc etc when these Magic Beans arrive'. slightly not in her tone of voice though...
no link.

Is it a slow burn selling thing to get us intrigued? I've googled and nothing

Oh dear - yes that does look like it. lots of excited comments too - but nobody naming it... weird. Will I be able to resist posting silly comments?

Yes it's that picture!

Can I have a de-bunking linky?

Oh how annoying! How good friends are you with her? Her FB page will probably start turning into one long advert soon! You might have to do some unfollowing.

GradToBe · 16/09/2016 14:23

It will start with one person, and then it will infect more friends. That's what happened on my Facebook. They just kept recruiting each other

SolomanDaisy · 16/09/2016 14:23

Yep, I have several magic bean sellers on FB. I've yet to see any of them grow a giant beanstalk.

Champagneformyrealfriends · 16/09/2016 14:27

Join the Timeless Vie Facebook page-I think it was started by mumsnetters and there's loads of info about these pyramid schemes.

QuizteamBleakley · 16/09/2016 14:27

You'll be needing the DELETE FRIEND button sharpish, or unfollow or you'll get this "inspirational" [http://www.pictaram.com/tag/magicbeans crap] daily - or probably hourly!

QuizteamBleakley · 16/09/2016 14:28

link fail

AnecdotallyChallenged · 16/09/2016 14:40

Oh dear.

She's friends with a lot of my friends, moved abroad a while back and lots of my friends have visited her. I've always been a bit wary of her myself, but got on in person. Sort of like on the opposite side of the friendship circle...

Oh well, I'll lurk :-)

Definitely head on over to Timeless Vie - your BULLSHIT DETECTOR is obviously finely tuned. Tis scary, the increase in these MLM's, like a cult!

SpookyPotato · 16/09/2016 15:14

I feel lucky to have not had any of this on mine, or forever living! I would be hiding statuses all over the place! There is one who did pampered chef but they seem to have closed down now.

Pardonwhat · 16/09/2016 15:16

Yup. She'll soon have loads of comments about how fantastic they are - all from people who also sell the shite.

SolomanDaisy · 16/09/2016 15:32

And you'll find her lifestyle suddenly seems wonderful, because they're encouraged to post about all the many wonderful things they're doing due to their magic bean income. They'll all be having prosecco Skype celebrations and tagging each other in ideas for holidays. Luckily, if the person is fairly normal they'll soon notice their income hasn't increased and the posts will tail off.

giraffesCantReachTheirToes · 16/09/2016 15:36

Oh yes juice plus bollocks
