Has anyone been to one? What should I expect?

What class is it? I've been to slimming world. Everyone gets weighed then sits in a circle while the consultant talks to you. You can share your goal for the following week if you wish, reasons why you may not have lost as much as you wanted etc.
Personally after a few weeks I used to just get weighed and leave!

Scottish Slimmers. I had imagined they were all pretty similar in thier setup.
