To want to switch off the moment "class war" blamed for new grammar policy

It's something we have heard for decades now whenever there is any suggested change to our education system. Of course it's not class war - the elite go to public schools and so don't need to give two hoots over whether the rest go to secondary modern / grammar / private ...

It's not the 'elite' waging the class war anyway, it's the proles with the giant chips on their shoulders.
Nowadays though, with their warped logic , anyone who doesn't work in a factory or down a mine is 'elite'.
