Please read the book "seconds to snap" by tina mcguff. It is brilliant

I had an eating disorder when i was 12-16 and the road to recovery has been long and hard, this book is so inspirational, i had tears running down my face. Just really needed to share with anyone else who might be interested

Hi, I've never had an eating disorder but have anxiety/depression - a useful book for me? Xxxx

Bigfatnope · 07/09/2016 11:56

Think so, its just very inspirational and shows how the road to recovery isnt a straight line but still very hopeful

Wow Betty- on a thread where someone has said they have anxiety issues and that's what you've got to say about it. Nice.

BuonoEstente · 09/09/2016 21:08

Force of habit Betty, I hope you feel happier now xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (all for you). I've ordered the book, thanks for the recommendation!
