i have been posting quite a bit on mumsnet recently and have found myself swearing a lot more and I feel like I've found my feet a bit. Its very fucking liberating. Everyone should bastard try it.

It's fucking annoying, I agree, do these people not read any threads before they post, so don't realise you can swear? Or have they rocked up to try and set an example?!

Well, I don't swear, never have.
For the most part its unnecessary, however, if you are a sweary person, you are a sweary person and so why only put half the word. Unless you aren't actually a sweary person and just want to fit in despite being a bit uncomfortable with it.
In short either don't swear, or swear in full the stars are a bit pointless.

If you can't type a swear word without stars, then don't type one.

My guess is the banned members from the dark side ,they think they might get kicked off if they use bad language here.
