Just what it says on the tin really. Or the title lol!!

Am I missing anything?

OP posts:
acasualobserver · 27/08/2016 16:38

Pretty nice grilled chicken. I go occasionally and always enjoy it. Having said that, I don't get the Nando's worship.

PurpleDaisies · 27/08/2016 16:38

Maybe they've tried a bit of Nandos (perhaps peri peri sauce from the supermarket) but not gone through the restaurant doors yet...

EnquiringMingeWantsToKnow · 27/08/2016 16:39

I like it. It's great for children and their veggie options are good.

GrumpyOldBag · 27/08/2016 16:39

I'm another Nandos virgin.

Do they serve free-range chicken?

Oldraver · 27/08/2016 16:39

I dont mind Nando's with my son but there are certain friends who pride themselves on going for the hottest thing while I want something that isnt going to burn my mouth out

Thatsmeinthecorner2016 · 27/08/2016 16:47

I really like them. Don't go there too often but that's because I mainly prefer The Counter because I love their love chicken wings but Nando's is nice too.

LunaLoveg00d · 27/08/2016 16:50

Never been to Nandos. Never seen the appeal of Nandos. So many better places to eat.

scarednoob · 27/08/2016 16:51

I'm vegetarian and I quite like a cheeky nando's - the salads and veggie options are nice if chicken isn't doing it for you

memyselfandaye · 27/08/2016 16:55

I like it too, used to go quite often, until my best friend threatened to lamp the "chef" so have'nt the nerve to go back.

Soubriquet · 27/08/2016 16:56

Never had a nando's either OP

Nearest one is the next city over and whenever we go there, I prefer to have my treat of a wimpy

Vixxfacee · 27/08/2016 17:03

Nandos is just a quick lunch or easy dinner.
Half chicken hot with rice and chips with perinase sauce. It tastes the same everywhere so you always know what you are going to get!

SirKillalot · 27/08/2016 17:07

Love Nandos. Medium chicken, halloumi cheese, peri peri chips and machu peas. With plenty of hot and extra hot sauce.

Their kids menu is good.

BettyOBarley · 27/08/2016 17:15

YANBU

I went for the first time for a team lunch the other week and paid over £10 for a piddly little chicken wrap with about 5 little pieces of chicken in, a drink and a few chips.

Very overpriced....I won't be going again in a hurry!

Doggity · 27/08/2016 17:22

The chips are often soggy which is depressing.

RestlessTraveller · 27/08/2016 17:25

I'm 'be never been either mainly because their restaurants are mostly halal, but also because if I'm eating out I very rarely chose chicken. Do they do anything else?

GoofyIsACow · 27/08/2016 17:27

Honestly, KFC is better! I say this as a seasoned eater outer! Nando's is really overpriced and all hype. I cannot for the life of me understand why everyone gets so carried away with it.

Stormyseasallround · 27/08/2016 17:31

It's nice enough. We go sometimes for an easy quick lunch with the kids, as it's nicer than a McDonalds if in a shopping centre or the like. The sides are nicer than the chicken.

AllMyBestFriendsAreMetalheads · 27/08/2016 17:32

Never had a Nandos, I really want a KFC now though! Mmmm gravy.

Chippednailvarnishing · 27/08/2016 17:33

It's like KFC with hand washing facilities.

Soubriquet · 27/08/2016 17:33

We had a kfc yesterday Grin

It was bloody delicious

TheNaze73 · 27/08/2016 17:45

YANBU, it's completely overrated & anyone who says they're going for a cheeky Nando's" is a jizzpenguin

JamieVardysParty · 27/08/2016 17:46

Obsessed with Nandos in this house, we eat it at least once a week.
We do live in SA though so that could explain it.

ChardonnayKnickertonSmythe · 27/08/2016 17:49

It's one of these annoying places where someone explains their concept to you.

Also, it's chicken.

ChocolateButton15 · 27/08/2016 17:53

Yes yabu! Halloumi, peri peri chips, wrap and perinaise yummmm!!

RestlessTraveller · 27/08/2016 17:58

Is it me or does perinaise sound like something you need to speak to your HV about!
