It's just an amazing product, I usually miss some of the lesser known products like St Ives and go for Clinique, Loreal etc. Some products from them are good and I still use boy St Ives has been a miracle product it's made my skin so clear and I usually get so much oil and blemishes.

Is it a mocrobeady one?

TheSpottedZebra · 26/08/2016 16:57

Microbead

SpecialAgentSpartacusRoars · 26/08/2016 16:58

I love the apricot one, totally buying it next time I'm at the shops! haven't used it since I was a teen.

IMO, quite a lot of the cheaper stuff is better.

But all mascaras must bow to Asian mascaras. It is known.

JontyDoggle37 · 26/08/2016 17:02

Zebra - no its not microbeady it's made from ground up apricot kernels to get the abrasive texture. It's lovely stuff!

SheStoodInTheStorm · 26/08/2016 17:06

It's really bad for your skin!!! Tiny bits of sharp, abrasive kernel rubbed into your skin Shock

Robinkitty · 26/08/2016 17:08

I love the apricot scrub, I've tried many different scrubs and always go back to this. I've been using it for 15 years now roughly!

echelon · 26/08/2016 17:10

I've used it for years, I absolutely adore it. The rough, ground up apricot kernel one is the best. I use it about once a week and my skin always feels soft and glowing.

TheWitTank · 26/08/2016 17:11

No, its absolutely awful! Really harsh, literally rips into your skin. Has caused acne breakouts in lots of people. Horrible stuff.

Fairylea · 26/08/2016 17:11

I love this. It's the only scrub worth buying imo.

MiddleClassProblem · 26/08/2016 17:13

I love the apricot one but I only use it once in every few months because I forget and only do it when I really need it Confused

WatchingFromTheWings · 26/08/2016 17:16

Been using it for years, love it!

Why it is so bad ^

VladmirsPoutine · 26/08/2016 17:19

What is the purpose of scrubs? Don't think I've ever used one but then again my routine is basically wash and go.

MiddleClassProblem · 26/08/2016 17:39

I use it to sto I growing hairs after shaving as I'm a bit prone

Sparklesilverglitter · 26/08/2016 17:45

I've used it for years, it really is the best

EvalionAngel · 26/08/2016 17:46

I agree exfoliating is harsh but sometimes necessary.

St Ives test on animals Sad

NeedATrim · 26/08/2016 19:29

DH uses st ives. I rarely use it now I have the Olay regenerist brush thing. So good.

Musicalmistress · 26/08/2016 20:20

YANBU but I find it ridiculously hard to get hold of here (central Scotland so not, you know, the back of beyond!)

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 26/08/2016 20:24

I really like St Ives. Have a friend whose skin can't cope with exfoliation at all but mine really seems to benefit

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 26/08/2016 21:11

My favourite is the Liz Earle scrub, smells lovely, isn't as harsh as St Ives and doesn't contain microbeads.

EdmundSlackbladder · 26/08/2016 21:15

Agreed. I love it. Like giving a really good scrub in the shower and getting that numb but tingly feeling on my face.
