Sure there have been OPs/Comments that I don't agree with. I'll either reply and say what I think (all our opinions are as valid as each other), or will ignore entirely.

It was a reference to Gordon Brown finding the traditional webchat question of "What's your favourite biscuit?" so demeaning and unworthy of his time that he completely ignored it leading MNers to take the piss.

People clamoured for it to be added as an extra emoticon meaning "I have nothing to say on this matter" (which may have been his actual quote? I really can't remember, I expect he just literally ignored it though)

But later the description was changed to "No comment", which really doesn't express the same "You've baffled and/or offended me so much with your post that I cannot bring myself to compose a sensible, or in fact any response".

But that's what it means.
