We are on holiday in wales and staying on a ccc site. There is myself my husband our 10 year old Son our disabled 8 year old son and 3 dogs on our tent.
I'm my dad's tent is himself who is disabled and his oh who is very disabled and their 2 small dogs.
We asked for adjoining pitches as a fall would require immediate help from myself or husband and we eat together and we look after each others dogs etc.
The warden man (think gestapo) keeps moaning at us saying my dad's car has to be parked between the tents but due to the fact that they put us in the far corner my dad and partner have to use the car to get to the toilet block.
Today the man shouted at my dad "I have told you twice before to move your car I won't tell you again"
As he shouted my dad's partner dropped one of the dogs leads and the dog walked towards the man who then shouted that the dog has to be on a lead, I quipped that the dog was on a lead and he the shouted at me that he meant tethered.
I really don't see the problem with the car as it's parked with consideration to others and we are in the corner of the field. But his attitude stinks.
In all the years of camping we have never had such horrible site wardens.
Now do we put in a complaint or not bother.
This thread was brought to you with the boredom of the rain and the enjoyment of the prosecco.
