To cry because I put on a bra

A normal bra with fitted straps and proper, supportive cups.

Not one of those ugly white now grey cheap sports type bras that I have been tolerating because I cant find any bras big enough to go round my back. They will be all going in the bin now as I have lost 2.5stone and can actually wear proper bras now!

I am so happy I actually cried . I have food issues that I'm working though and slowly and steadily losing the weight. I have so much more to lose but, joy, I can wear proper bras again! ☺

Wings thank you for being so honest. I'm looking into private therapy but it's so expensive. I'll keep battling though, one day I'll crack it. Well done to you for managing it.
