To unfriend a dog?

I accepted a friend request from what I thought was my friend's sister.

After a couple of days of "walkies with mummy" and "yum yum new bone" posts, I realised it was her dog. She has created a FB page for her bloody DOG.

Anyway, to save myself from more inanity and memes about mummy loving doggy etc, I unfriended.

My friend has now got the hump. WIBU, or is this a thing now that I don't get, like the trend for dead caterpillar eyebrows.

YANBU!! Bloody hell that's pathetic!!

I thought that FB were removing these types of profiles? I know far too many someone who had a profile for her guide dog and FB took it down.

I am a guide dog owner and I know of a lot of people whose guide dogs have their own Facebook accounts and the like. and even those I find cringeworthy. Just post about yourself FFS. .

My DS set up a Twitter account for my dog but it has about five posts on it as the novelty wore off after about --five minutes- a week. and I only agreed to let him do it on condition I didn't have to have anything to do with writing on it etc. .

Simples, create an account for your dog, add her dog as a friend and then write 'woof woof woof' on her wall every five minutes.

Thingy ..that's genius lol maybe someone can make a random cat profile and comment on all the doggy pics about how much smarter cats are

YANBU, that is deeply odd. I have two terriers that I love to bits, I put photos of them on Facebook if they're doing something particularly amusing or cute or naughty but I don't pretend to be them on Facebook.
