Oh, it was your hair you were talking about, Average! Ithought it was your love life!

That can be fixed - though you might have to go the hairdresser and let a professional do it! You don't want to over-dye it yourself - your hair might fall out.

Mind you, I had some disasters at the hairdressers in my youth. I once got a perm (gives away age!) while my hair was blonde and I was a bit dubious about all the processes going on with my hair. The hairdresser assured me all would be well and then turned my hair green! (Back in the days when it wasn't remotely desirable to have green hair.) When I enquired desperately what she could do about it, she shook her head and said "nothing" as it might all fall out. But, she advised helpfully, I could always wear a hat! That was her professional advice. So I feel your pain, Average, I really do.

You know what I hate? Blueberries that masquerade as being nice blueberries, but when you put them in your mout they're all...flaccid....

I've had that experience, Noone - it's very deceptive. There's a poem about something similar - about fruit rotting straight after you've picked it before you get the chance to eat it. (dredges memory for poet). Will return with full reference later. Basically, the fruit wouldn't have passed the M and S test.

I was woken up by a 3 year old wrenching in my face. No sick but we will be staying at home while I wait to see if he is actually sick or what.
