I was one of those tall skinnies who never needed to diet.

Now I need to diet in my lazy old age and I never developed a way of eating or any kind of discipline. I am a member of the clean-plate club.

My BMI at Boots was 33-point-something (I can't remember).

I have both H&H books. I use the first one a lot which is the white one. The halloumi salad came from there. The recipes are so nice that I have even got DH eating quinoa breakfast muffins.
