Yesterday I noticed that dd (almost 2) has a chip on the corner of her top front tooth. She hasn't had any falls or accidents or whatever to cause it so I'm completely clueless as to how it's happened. I'm taking her to the dentist asap to check it out but I can't help but feel devastated Sad

How could I not know how it happened?

I found similar on ds2, pointed it out last time I was at the dentist and he said to not worry, little chips are very common. :)

Thank you, I'm so paranoid about her teeth being healthy and as soon as I saw it I thought it was my fault somehow.

My DD has a chipped front tooth. She just fell over as children do and caught her mouth. Dentist asked me once how it happened and that was it. It will fall out anyway so it's not an issue.
