To ask what the weirdest thing you've done while sleep deprived is? *lighthearted*

Almost all of us have been there, haven't we? You've been up all night with the DC and in the haze of being utterly knackered, done something strange.
I'm currently up with DS2 (9 weeks) and on my way to the kitchen to get a drink I walked smack into the door frame.
Yesterday the chap who came to read our gas/electricity meters asked if he could have a quick cold drink as it was so hot out. He looked fairly surprised to be offered a nicely chilled bottle of expressed breast milk. Quickly realised my mistake and offered him a can of Fanta as an alternative.
So what's the most bizarre/funniest thing you've done while running on very little sleep?

Wow just remembered another one! Several years ago I experienced a run of insomnia which coincided with a stressful busy time at work. After 4 days of barely any sleep my DH persuaded me to go to bed early and read a book while enjoying a glass of wine. I fell asleep only to have an immediate panic dream that I was due in court (for my job - lawyer) and was late! Apparently I jumped out of bed naked and took off running unlocked and swung open our front door and went running outside to the parked car, still stark naked. DH came and fetched me back inside and I went right back to peaceful sleep. Never had a sleep walking (running?) episode before or since but I do know now that a glass of wine after 4 sleepless nights is not the way to go!

I have a cappucino machine. Steamed my milk, pulled my shot, and then dumped my shot into my cereal. I drained my cereal bowl of the coffee, and had a coffee with cereal bits in it, and had cereal with milk that tasted coffeeish. the cereal was actually pretty good.

why is there no coffee flavoured cereal on the market?

"Took 2 soothers out of the steriliser promptly stuffed one into my mum's mouth mid sentence and the other into my ds!"

Ohhh I wish I could do that to my mum, Stanleysmum!! Grin

I co-slept with the dses occasionally, when they were babies. One night I woke up and turned over in bed, and very carefully lifted the baby across to the other side with me, supporting his head as I did. Except it wasn't the baby, it was a teddy bear. A very safe, supported teddy bear, though!
