I work for a company that delivers a service and we have merged with another company that offers the same service.
Unfortunately our two companies are hugely different. Staff aren't integrating well and are leaving in droves. The companies had a very different individual ethos and merging hasn't been successful and clients are complaining constantly.
It's such a headache and I'm stressed out and unhappy and wondering about what I can do with my future? It's just a rubbishy minimum wage job but I did like it once
