To still get inordinately upset when Blurred Lines comes on the radio?

We're listening to Heart at work today. Blurred Lines came on and I outwardly groaned. It's just so terrible, even 3 years on.

"What rhymes with hug me?" Well Mr. Thicke, slug me? Mug me?

Are people still over reacting to this song? There's much worse out there Hmm.

AnyFucker · 15/07/2016 10:13

It makes me angry.

If at all possible, I switch off the source of it.

AnyFucker · 15/07/2016 10:14

It's possible to have an individual reaction to an individual trigger.

Worse/better doesn't come into it

MollyTwo · 15/07/2016 10:14

Time to move on, the outrage was enough back then.

I change the radio station, without fail.

Edmund it is possible to be upset about more than one thing at a time. Wink

I will get the rage tonight at the infant school disco when they play it Sad

If I'm at home I change the radio station
If it comes on whilst I am work I go and make a cup of tea. Every time

If I'm somewhere I can't escape it I spend the next 3-4 minutes thinking of all the things that actually rhyme with Hug Me. And biting my tongue

There may well be "worse" out there but this is bad enough for me
