Asked to buy something for dsis' dp on behalf of me and parents. Was going to get bubbly but he doesn't like champagne so instead had same budget (£30) and bought a few nice cheeses, some posh crackers and snacks, a good red wine and some cider. He really wanted cheese she said! Is this too much stuff? Shoved it all in a posh picnic bag.

No that's a thoughtful but fairly modestly priced gift for only £10 per contributor. I'm sure he will love it.

Sounds really good! Seems like a more personal gift too. Sure he will love it.
