Congratulations! My mortgage will hopefully be paid off in about 6 weeks and I'm planning what to do with the money I don't need to cough up each month 😄

I would have invited you all, but I am in Europe so getting here might have been a challenge.
Sadly the last repayments were quite low, so lack thereof will not facilitate huge spending. However, it does mean I can start saving towards a new car, once I have sorted both the loos in the house.
