I went for a scan today (I'm not pregnant)
The lady scanning me told me everything looked fine, no concerns at all that she can see.

Would I like a transvaginal scan aswell, she has to offer them to everyone.

I would. Why not, you're laying there already so why not get checked and be reassured that everything is ok.

It did say on the appointment letter that I was having one but I was expecting the professional to tell me if I needed it. Not ask me if I wanted it tbh
