That's all. Sad and worried about what will happen. Feels like hate, racism and fear have won :(

Tbh I voted out and am genuinely shocked at the amount of people who are branding out voting as rasicsm. I am 10000% NOT rasicist, I don't care if your white, black, blue, purple, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Catholic and anyone else (too many to list) I just have an issue with anyone who doesn't want to come here and contribute to our society. Why does that make me rasicist? I have many friends of different nationalities, races and religions but we all contribute to this country.

SonicSpotlight · 24/06/2016 11:10

I feel sad for those who voted out because they believed that immigration was to blame for overloaded public services and pressure on social housing.

HisNameWasPrinceAndHeWasFunky · 24/06/2016 11:31

I don't think all leave voters are racist. However the leave campaign has said some incredibly racist and xenophobic things.

I feel like this too. Except the people who voted leave must have known the campaign they were voting for was based on many racist and xenophobic based claims.

So where does that leave us?

FuckOffJeffrey · 24/06/2016 11:46

Nicola Sturgeon has just announced that she will be going ahead with a second Independence Referendum.

Just watched it live on the BBC but no link available as yet to speech.

notagainnellie · 24/06/2016 11:50

All the far right groups in Europe support Brexit. That says it all, really. And of course there will be the Scottish referendum. So the end of the UK and of stability in Europe. What an achievement for Mr Cameron. Really don't want to be here now and very concerned about the prospect of a PM Johnson Sad. Furious at Corbyn, too. His half-arsed campaign did fuck all to win over traditional Labour voters to the remain side, and that has had a huge impact. Really can't see any bright side.

TheRollingCrone · 24/06/2016 12:07

Very sad. I just hope Boris et al can make this work.

I hope the pound stops falling.

I hope the 27 other member votes don't impose article 50 on us.

I'm middle aged, have an 8 yr old so worried for her future.

Spain are to petition in for joint sovereignty on the Rock

Scotland will go eventually I think
Maybe NI

Awful.

It's all gone very "Emperors New Clothes"

Dinosaur1991 · 24/06/2016 14:27

While I don't think everyone who voted leave are racist, everyone I know who voted leave are. It's a really sad day.

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 24/06/2016 14:37

I think the fact that Britain is now being heralded as leading the way by the Far Right in France, Italy and The Netherlands tells us all we need to know really.

crossroads3 · 25/06/2016 07:06

Confused the majority of EU citizens who come here work incredibly hard

There are a lot of british born people like that!
