Yes I have voted, but I am sick and tired of the unrest, I'm aware there has been a lot of discontent for a long time but its now feeling toxic and I want it to be over one way or the other.

OP posts:

Not so much nasty as, oh I don't know, a fucking embarrassment.

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:13

Sterling plummeting.

winkywinkola · 24/06/2016 04:13

And I have a nasty feeling immigrant bashing - as in physical attacks - will surge. That includes attacks on people who've lived here for generations. It's all being legitimised.

Patriotism my arse.

adrianna22 · 24/06/2016 04:14

David Cameron should not have brought on this referendum. What's happening to the world Sad

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:17

Apparently reports coming in that Birmingham has gone for leave. If so will
make 'out' pretty much a certainty.

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:17

No ones bashing anyone so lets not play the victims here. Im English and Ive seen many and English business go under due to cheap labour. I know of many europeans living on site whilst working, many a european living 9 to a room etc. the ones that win are the rich that love the cheap labour and the ones that send it home to build their estates. The ones that loose are the working class English. IM so OUT

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:18

85% probability of a leave win.

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:19

I hope so! Im not even typing properly Grin

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:22

Its almost like winning the world cup.

Onthedowns · 24/06/2016 04:24

I am very concerned for me and my family I am very worried about the economy which no one seems worried about just immigrant bashing! It's so much more !

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:26

For me it would mean I finally have a voice. Im such a nice person, I've been told I'm biggot, I've been told I'm a racist. Im so not, I'm English.

adrianna22 · 24/06/2016 04:26

Is anybody worried about the pound dropping???

And beetroot Hmm

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:28

I celebrate culture and love to learn about it. I don't want it thrown down my throat. I wouldn't dare do that in any other country. I can't see why it would happen to me.

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:29

Short term I think it's going to be very rocky. If we do leave, and I still think that's a big 'if'. I suspect that the EU may put a better deal on the table. Or parliament may just refuse to move forward with leaving.

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:29

I don't give a shit about the pound dropping. Ive been made by big huge companies to earn crap and told that a sunday is a normal working day.

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:33

Actually, despite all the warnings about how this shows the UK is full of horrible racists, listening to the analysis quite a few people seem to be saying that the unifying effect on the right will mean that a more cohesive centre right will become more powerful and the parties further to the right will lose out and possibly disappear if their raison de etre is gone.

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:35

ITV have called a win for leave.

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:37

I for one will be more accepting if we get out.

BillSykesDog · 24/06/2016 04:37

They think leave will win by 4%

dizzyfucker · 24/06/2016 04:39

I don't think people really understand what it means. Tomorrow, whatever the vote, Britain will still be in the EU, immigrants will still come in and Britain will have taken an economic blow that may will still if the result is leave continue

Cosmiccreepers203 · 24/06/2016 04:40

beetroot You will give a shit when we slid into massive recession. Pound is now at it's lowest for 35 years and still dropping. If you think jobs are in short supply now then wait a few months. Small UK businesses that trade in the away will be the first to go under.

Cosmiccreepers203 · 24/06/2016 04:41

Not away EU

adrianna22 · 24/06/2016 04:45

Well I care about the pound dropping beetroot guaranteed it would be another recession like last time... Things would be more expensive; houses would be worth less.

beetroot2 · 24/06/2016 04:45

Lets not scaremonger cosmic.
