I hope who wrote that comes to suffer in some way.

IthinkIamsinking · 12/06/2016 14:13

What have the parents done?

venusinscorpio · 12/06/2016 14:14

I read about this on the other thread about it. How insensitive and unprofessional for a law firm.

StarlightMcKenzee · 12/06/2016 14:19

Which other thread?

Sorry. I didn't know it had been flagged here already.

Were the solicitors concerned working for the parents who wanted ABA or the local authority who didn't want to fund it?

StarlightMcKenzee · 12/06/2016 14:20

I have no idea what the parents have done. Just appealed a decision to a tribunal for their child as far as I can see.

For the Local Authority. As they usually do.

Another AIBU thread "Is this appropriate conduct for solicitors". About 100 posts.

Ta!

It is clearly inappropriate, but I think the real question to be asked is why are LAs using firms with this kind of attitude? It is the Local Authorities who create the market for such behaviours surely?
