AIBU to expect lovethesign.com to actually pick up the phone? Worried

So I've made 3 seperate orders on lovethesign. The first order's delivery date has come and gone, two promised deliveries of said order, after many emails, still not received and now their telephone line just has a repeated message that eventually switches to leave a message which so far no one has called me back about. Aibu to start feeling panicked that I'm being ripped off? Any successful orders with this company? Please give me hope.....or warning.

What did you pay using?

PayPal, so should be ok ultimately but I know what a hassle it can be....

There's a time limit on paypal claims, are you still within that?

katb1973 · 08/06/2016 15:07

It's been over 30 days with the first two orders but less than 60 days. They even have some trusted shop guarantee but I've never dealt with that.

Anyone on Mumsnet had a successful order with them? Fingers crossed.....

I would raise a case with Paypal - they will then get in touch and find out what's going on, you may need to escalate if they don't resolve within the time frame. Good luck

Thanks everyone. Will take it up with Paypal. I thought they were a large company but seeing that no one here has experience with them, obviously not.
