AIBU to panic! Help please!

Sorry I know this is not the ideal section but I'm panicking!

I've just seen the midwife, I'm 34+4 and she's referred me for an urgent scan tomorrow. I think she's concerned about babies growth!

Blood pressure is fine. Baby heartbeat is strong and she's very active.

Should I worry? I can't get hold of my partner to talk to him and just need some reassurance thanks! Xxx

I'm also worrying, I'm 33 weeks & measured at 33 weeks with the midwife, because I scored a 3 out of some test (can't remember what it's called) it's to do with being 36, used to smoke until I quit at 11 weeks & ive had miscarriages, anyway I had to have a routine growth scan last week and they say she's only 3lb 14. She's apparently on the lower scale of small, I've to go for another scan in 4weeks. I'm told the outcome will be? ... if she's still on the lower side of small or goes under the growth chart line they'll be considering bringing her out sooner, I'm a little worried but other than that she's fine, very active, I've been fine with all my checks too
