He's sitting next to his PR bod, who looks like he wants to crawl under the table.

He's coming off like a surly schoolboy. Massive Bastard.

It's his wife that has popped a button Smile

KenDoddsDadsDog · 07/06/2016 13:48

He's now in the fucking pub

MoltoIncazzata · 07/06/2016 13:52

on a similar vein, anyone else think Philip Green should be strung up by his knackers & made to give his yacht back??

Yes! In fact I think that would be too good for him. He's an odious little man and between him and Dominic Chappell they stripped bare and ruined BHS for their own personal greed. On what planet can that be ok?

gingerboy1912 · 07/06/2016 13:55

I'm speeches at what happened to BHS. how they can strip a company like that leaving its employees exposed is so unethical.

HelenaDove · 07/06/2016 13:59

Just saw a tweet where Ashley has apparently allegedly said staff were calling ambulances " willy nilly"

In the same tweet it is said that the culture of fear in that workplace is so high that a woman gave birth in the toilets.

gingerboy1912 · 07/06/2016 14:02

It's being reported on the news now.

gingerboy1912 · 07/06/2016 14:04

A strike for giving birth Shock

gingerboy1912 · 07/06/2016 14:04

GrinGrinat a fat David Cameron

megletthesecond · 07/06/2016 14:04

I can't watch it. It's on the work reception tv (on silent) and his body language looked like pure twat. My suspicions were obviously right.

HelenaDove · 07/06/2016 14:06

Yes Just seen how there were several strokes miscarriages and as in the tweet i mentioned a birth in the toilets.

How the fuck can this be happening in a workplace in the 21st century FFS!

HelenaDove · 07/06/2016 14:07

ginger i really hope the women who went through that find a no win no fee solicitor and sue for sex discrimination.

gingerboy1912 · 07/06/2016 14:09

Apparently she got a strike because she went to the toilet and gave birth when she should of been on the floor working!

LordoftheTits · 07/06/2016 14:25

Apparently she got a strike because she went to the toilet and gave birth when she should of been on the floor working!

What the buggering FUCK?! I knew that SD had disgusting policies when it comes to their employees but that's abhorrent.

HelenaDove · 07/06/2016 14:41

110 ambulances were called out

A HUNDRED AND TEN.

squoosh · 07/06/2016 14:54

God, it's shocking. The working conditions sound like those you'd hear about in 19th century cotton mill.

Disgusting human.

LurkingHusband · 07/06/2016 14:57

God, it's shocking. The working conditions sound like those you'd hear about in 19th century cotton mill.

Just wait till all that pesky "red tape" goes up in smoke.

How we laughed at the socialists in the 90s, as if their job was done ...

squoosh · 07/06/2016 15:01

Ugh yes. The Mike Ashley's of this world would flourish in a Brexited UK.

feesh · 07/06/2016 15:12

I used to live near him, he's a recluse believe it or not. Very strange bloke.

muddypuddled · 07/06/2016 15:30

I used to work for sd as a 16 year old. More than 15 years ago and it was awful even then. We were paid for the hours that the shop was open but had to stay until the shop was tidy, sometimes 2 or more hours, unpaid. As a 16 year old I didn't really question whether that was OK as it was a weekend job and I was earning more money there than I would be doing nothing. Also remember one day where the manager left me I charge whilst he and the other staff went off for lunch and left me on my own! I left as soon as I started college, so glad!

Committee: Are you going to deal with sexism?

Ashley: Sports Direct has to pull its socks up. Simple as that fellas. Not just fellas. Girls. Sorry.

Rainbowzippy · 07/06/2016 17:41

This amusing piece of analysis from the ordinarily bone dry FT.

MrsD I was going to buy some shoes there which would be really good for my recovery from foot surgery and they are so cheap - but I can't do it either. It was the birth in the toilets that out the final nail in for me. How abhorrent.
