I just can't ever get my head around these people taking such vast bonuses and yet barely paying the minimum wage. Minimum wage is exactly that, the bare fucking minimum that by law you can get away with paying an employee. Angry

I was in a SD the other day, and the manager was telling his staff over the walkie talkie type radio that he was going to the Job Centre the next day to get new staff to replace them all because they were useless. This was in earshot of everyone in the store. I pulled him up on it and he couldn't come up with a single justification. Arse.

I despise him more as a Sunderland fan but what I would say is he's not unique in his practices. I recognise some from my own FTSE 100 company.
