I live in a very quite place. I don't know who these people are but they live nearby and are all outside. They are young from their language.
I can't actually go outside to where they are behind my house but I could shout SHUT UP PLEASE out of the window. Or do I just accept I am really old and grumpy and that I will probably end up awake until they get bored as it's SO loud.
It's 1am. They are crunching around on gravel, laughing, screaming and shouting

I feel your pain my. Neighbours are still doing diy right now. I think they are under the delusion impression they're being smart to drill for 2 seconds every 15 mins and so doesn't count/goes under the radar. I'm going to go round in a mo. Angry
Yanbu to tell them to shut up followed by a super soaker

Hopefully they've already gone quiet..

If not, I'd shout out

'Guys, can you please keep the noise down, I'm trying to sleep, thanks

I think being fake polite means there is a better chance of them quieting down.

Ok they seem to have gone inside for a party and its when they all come out to smoke they think it's Glastonbury. I will be yelling polite when they come back out next
