To ask those of you with tattoos what you have and if you regret them?

A cat on my ear
A mouse thing from when I was 18
A wrist tattoo- U2 related
A chubby huge Betty Boop
An owl on my other wrist
A lion on my arm
My little Pony on my arm

I don't love love my Betty. If I could choose again I wouldn't pick it. However, I don't hate it and the longer it's there the longer it's just a part of me. The mouse and lion are old and not that well done compared to how tattoos are done now but I like them because of the memories. The mouse was done when I was with my ex husband and his name is around it. We divorced but he died recently and now I am glad I never got it covered. My children would hate it if I covered it up.

Yes they hurt, except the one on my ear.

I got my first when I was 19, so that's 30 years, gulp. It's looking a bit bedraggled and I'd like it tidying up, but probably never will, lol. It's significant to me and an achievement of mine.

I have another two, one I hate and one I quite like, but if I had my time again I'd stick with my first but wouldn't have the others.

A large, ugly, blurred and coloured in umpteen times monstrosity on my shoulderblade. Got it in 1996. I loathe it. Didn't hurt though.

1 is Hebrew writing in the hairline on the back of my neck really small so not really visible at all even with my hair up. I love that - it's dedicated to my dad.

2nd is the mother and child Celtic knot on my back between my shoulder blades and to be honest I regret it. It's too big, and my back is flabby so it isn't that attractive any more. I wanted the symbol but wish I had it somewhere else and smaller.
