So, is it better to read the book first, or watch the film or television adaptation first? If you read the book, then there's no suspense to watching the film or TV programme or series, but equally, if you watch the film or TV show first, then doesn't it spoil the reading of the book, as you know what happens anyway?
It's a dilemma, isn't it?
