the section on eczema advises aqueous cream.
the nhs no longer advises this cream (NICE)

if there is a reason why mumsnet does not agree with the nhs, that's fine but they need to say why

It recommends not to leave it on but can be used for washing skin if you have atopic eczema, so not completed band....its advice and a personal choice to use advice....
