Whenever I travel through Wigan North Western Station, I'm seemingly compelled to sing the station name to the tune of Elvis's 'Viva Las Vegas' and if it is a Transpennine Express train I'm travelling on I end up singing 'Trans-pennine Express' in a cod German accent to the tune of Kraftwerk's 'Trans-Europe Express.'
Any mention of Creme Fraiche will lead to me to a brief rendition of Kool and the Gang's 'So fresh' 'Creme Fraiche, so inviting, so exciting to me.' I wonder if there is a creme fraiche marketing board I could offer my creative genius to.
Locking the taskbar on Windows makes me sing 'The Shareef don't like it, lock the taskbar, lock the taskbar' to the tune of Rock the Kasbah by the Clash.
Does anyone else do similar? If so, what things and to what tunes?
