Genuinely just being nosey. Just watched a film with Dh about a woman who kills the man who brutally attacked and murders her 17yo daughter, and walks away on a technicality.

Dh and I have been discussing it further and wondering how extreme people will go to achieve their own ideas of justice.

I'm still talking about the film where it was after a miscarriage of justice. I wonder if that would make you less sane. Hearing the details in court. Hearing testimony and evidence. Building yourself up for justice and then seeing them walk free on a technicality.

You seem to be talking about self defence or at least a claim to it.
