namechanged. I find this phrase completely and utterly unnecessary and annoying..so there! Ok..those that go to the effort of prefixing this phrase to a sentence are not actually reading and running but they want you to know that they're not reading and running..it makes no sense!

I think i've mostly only seen this in response to quite desperate OPs late at night or in the early hours or something. You don't see it a lot.

I think if you're posting in great distress and literally sitting watching for answers then this would be a comfort because it shows a) that your post is up and running properly b) that there ARE people out there reading and, therefore c) that someone might help soon. Hang in there basically.

Why have you name-changed for this thread? It's not exactly a controversial subject Hmm

I usually write something like that if I'm interested in a thread but don't have time to respond at that exact time. That way it's in my 'threads I'm on' section on the app.
