Emetaphobia. It's taking control of my life and not being here seems to be the only option.

Have you had counselling - I had a friend who had help to overcome this phobia.

It's hard to even go out. Just talking about it sets me off sometimes so I was unsure about therapy but it might be worth talking to the doctor. I just can't anymore. I haven't eaten properly in days.

Please please see your GP. I was referred for CBT counselling when I was in a similar state to you. The phobia had overtaken my life. I cannot believe how much the CBT helped. I won't say I'm 100% cured, but i'm much much much better than I was. I can enjoy life again and not have this phobia hanging over every action. I can even look after my dd when she is sick - which is something i never ever believed I would be able to do - and this is all down to counselling
