To think some Customer Service training wouldn't go amiss here?

A bad review wouldn't necessarily put me off booking, if there was a reasonable and measured response from the manager/owner. Think I'll swerve this one however.

SpongeBob you're right, it's gone! I've found an alternative, just outside Kincasslagh - no mention of foosty pillows or musty cushions.
