Last night I found a lump on my breast near where the underwire of a bra rests. It looks similar to a blister and appears to be filled with blood. I'm afraid to burst it.
I finally managed to get an appointment for tonight although it's at 21.15 in a medical centre.
I've been worried all day about cancer, I can't think of anything else. Am I being silly or is that reason to worry? Has anyone experienced anything similar?

There is a wealth of advice and support on the Health topic about this OP and I think you'll probably get more definitive answers there. I do know from reading that 90% of all breast lumps are benign which is a good starting point to allay your worries - hope it all goes ok for you later

I have one too, google cherry angiomas. I have actually lots all over my body but the one under my boob is the biggest, its just a collection of burst blood vessels and are quite common. Hopefully its just one of these. best left alone. I tried toget rid of one on my face and it ruptured and grew inwards and bled like crazy, had to have it removed properly.
