I bought 'That's not my elephant' from Amazon - described as 'used - good condition'.

This is what they sent me.

But they won't just refund me. No. I need to find someone with a computer printer, print off a refund label and take it to a dispatch zone somewhere in the back of beyond to return the scummy thing to Amazon so they can send it to some other unsuspecting person.

Hmm - I've found amazon customer care a hit and miss depending on which country you happen to get through to. I had one complaint escalated and eventually had someone from the UK call me to sort it out. It was worth more than £3 though.

I've always found their CS helpful - maybe try the live chat thingy?
