Bronde, according to JLo.

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 14/04/2016 21:42

Light brown

FirstWeTakeManhattan · 14/04/2016 21:42

I can see we're helping OP Grin

RunnerOnTheRun · 14/04/2016 21:42

I'd say brown with red undertones (which affects colour taking massively). If it is (maybe a hairdresser would help me out here??)....then blonde is a no no as it just goes brassy.

Oysterbabe · 14/04/2016 21:43

It's brown.

Springdew · 14/04/2016 21:44

I see blonde

JSarah · 14/04/2016 21:45

Oh dear! I was hoping for a straight up answer Grin

OP posts:
GreatFuckability · 14/04/2016 21:45

dark blonde/light brown

Catsize · 14/04/2016 21:46

Purple.

Choceeclair123 · 14/04/2016 21:46

Dark blonde

Dungandbother · 14/04/2016 21:46

You need Ash in the hair colour to prevent it being too brassy when you go blonder. So says my hairdresser.

You won't get anywhere near white blonde with your base.

JSarah · 14/04/2016 21:46

I never said I wanted to go blonde? ConfusedConfusedConfused

OP posts:
Dungandbother · 14/04/2016 21:47

Ash is .1 I think
8.1
9.1

Unhelpfully all the hair brands call their colours dumb ass names now like cute baby blonde and hot honey red.
Bring back simple names and numbered colour.

MargotLovedTom · 14/04/2016 21:48

I though OP meant a job application! Dark blonde.

Dungandbother · 14/04/2016 21:48

Sorry for blonde assumption.

Warning on red. It's impossible to get out. Full stop. Unless you bleach it blonde.

MuttonCadet · 14/04/2016 21:48

I'd say light brown

Veterinari · 14/04/2016 21:48

My hairdresser explained this to me. It's not the colour that's importantly it's the tone

True blonde has an ashy tone so even when it's very dark will never be brown but only an ashy-mousy colour

True brown has red tones so includes everything from strawberry blonde to deep chestnut

Basically don't think of it as blond vs brown when colouring, think of it as ash vs red-gold

Yours is more in the red (and thus brown)
