To ask about asparagus wee

I just had it for dinner and I swear it makes my wee smell 'earthy'.
Pleaseeeee say it's not just me?!

Not just you. Asparagus makes my wee smell of ....asparagussy wee. Yuck.

Apparently some people think they don't get it, but I read a study ages ago that said everyone gets it just not everyone can smell it!

No it's definitely a thing-I also had asparagus tonight and I know my wee will smell odd later.

I think everyone's wee smells weird after asparagus but I think that some people can't detect the smell.(And that's why some people think they don't have it)

Asparagus wee is normal. Another one who can't believe quite how quickly you can smell it.

I went to a wedding once where asparagus was served... The loos reeked by the time come on Eileen was playing.

I used to give my baby asparagus, now changing an asparagus wee nappy first thing in the morning is nasty.

I was prescribed some anti phycotic meds in march and this started happening to me i thought it was the tabs, ive stopped taking them and im a veggie and i drink plenty of fluids dont eat asparagus but i have that smell everyday my daughter noticed my partners noticed and no matter how much water i drink it doesnt seem to go...

Yes to asparagus wee but not fennel tea. I drink a lot of it and have never smelled anything different.
