Just that really - how often do you check Mumsnet? Are you on it every day, every week? Is it something you go to when you're bored? Do you look forward to it?

Worries I have been wasting too much time on here

About an hour a day - anymore than that & I get bored of it.

StrapOnDodo · 05/04/2016 18:55

Several times a day, but not for long, say 10 mins with a coffee...so 40 mins a day.

Too much

StillStayingClassySanDiego · 05/04/2016 19:30

A lot! Grin when I'm not at work.

SurferJet · 05/04/2016 19:48

I spend 20 hours a day on FB though ( haha )

OneDayIWillBeOrganised · 05/04/2016 19:54

Depends on how interesting the threads are Grin
Oooblimey please tell me about the app. Is it for Apple phones? Can't see it in play store Sad

flirtygirl · 05/04/2016 20:39

Ive spent the last few years lurking but joined a month ago and enjoy joining in threads, probably checking into different threads and aibu 5/6 times a day for 10 mins each time.

Oooblimey · 05/04/2016 20:43

Oneday yes I've got it on my iPhone , I just searched mumsnet and it came up. It's just the forums so you can PM or save threads that you're just lurking on though. Well if you can I haven't figured out how to do it!

Oooblimey · 05/04/2016 20:45

Oooblimey · 05/04/2016 20:47

*can't PM the below should have read

suspiciousofgoldfish · 05/04/2016 20:53

Every day for me, read it before bed and if I wake up in the middle of the night.

It's a bit like reading a never ending magazine.

Sallystyle · 05/04/2016 20:58

Loads.

Throughout the day very often when not working or out.

I don't see it as a problem though. It doesn't interfere negatively with my relationships or anything.

OneDayIWillBeOrganised · 05/04/2016 21:00

Thanks Oooblimey doesn't look like it's available on android. maybe there are some advantages to Apple after all

BackInTheRealWorld · 05/04/2016 21:07

Rarely. I have bursts. Once or twice a week then nothing for a month or so.
I appreciate for the time wasting distraction I use it for but tbh I don't think it's healthy to be on here all day every day, and it's a little bit sad. I don't mean that to be as condescending as I know it sounds.

mrsmeerkat · 05/04/2016 21:11

This is the first time today as I haven't had a Monte and deliberately turned my phone off at six so I could cook for tomorrow, bath dc, iron and sort and put away two loads of washing. put toddlers to bed and dinsinfecr surfaces and wash all floors after hoovering.

if I had phone on.. I would have bathed dc and put them to bed but not much else!

Usually on it a fair bit though. five times a day

DrDreReturns · 05/04/2016 21:15

Lots - it's my most visited website. It doesn't interfere with my life or stop me doing things though.
