We have a very determined juice plus neighbour.

It can cure my dds adhd, she has statements from people to that effect apparently, and there was a conversation where she queried what my children died from (dd told her that she had a brother and sister in heaven) 'just in case' there was something she could help with if I get pregnant again.

I now spend most of my time avoiding her.

Do you think the sellers come out with this crap because
a) they genuinely believe it and are too thick to understand what they are talking about.
b) they know they are spouting lies, but don't care because they will do whatever it takes to earn money.
c) they are being coerced in some way which means they have choice but to post what they are told.

MouthyMoo I didn't say anything but I gave her a look that made my feelings very clear - I had to deal with her in another professional context on an ongoing basis so I didn't want to cause a fuss.
