Gaviscon from at this time of night? Anyone know if the Esso station might sell it?

The telco garage near me sells it if that's any good?

Have you got bicarbonate of soda? Teaspoonful in a glass of water helps. Our local esso sells gaviscon.

I hated gaviscon. Rennie are better and all garages sell them. Poor you!

If you have a banana give that a go.

Or melon - I ate loads when I had pregnancy heartburn and it really helped.

You need Zantac take two tablets not one if it's really bad.

I had heartburn in both pg (sign that you're going to have a hairy baby
I drank pints, sometimes 4 pints a day.
And small amounts of ice cream.

Rennies are the best, failing that if I had nothing in the house it would be milk / milkshake or yoghurt!

I had heartburn/acid reflux for years. Aloe juice cured it.

Thanks eveyone, I managed to get a bottle of gaviscon at silly o'clock from the the Esso. It worked really well!
