Because it's always an insult.

But no-one is ever named.

If you do it, what do you mean? Why do you do it?

Does it ever cross your mind that long-standing, non-name-changing posters might be very hurt by your accusations?

If you're going to do it, have the courage of your convictions and name names.

You need to create a digital will...

Some places will let you nomjnate a trusted person to manage your account should you die. Maybe MN should consider this?

Mad that it was in the news.

Trills · 02/04/2016 22:48

Leave your usernames and passwords in your will? So your next of kin can start a thread called "Maryz is dead"?

Obviously the rhyming will only be apparent to those who know that it's Mary-Zed.

paxillin · 02/04/2016 22:48

Wonder if Moldies are still going. Maybe they still head-hunt on mn?

AlleyCatandRastaMouse · 02/04/2016 22:50

I am learning so much, I have been reading Maryz as Marys 😄.

Trills · 02/04/2016 22:52

BIWI I saw the URL and thought for a moment it was talking about Riven the poster.

Terrible headline, it was new and older members, not new and older mothers.

Throwingshadeagain · 02/04/2016 22:53

Wow these kind of threads are so cringey. BIWI not sure what your point is, you're posting about 'royalty' being viewed and cited negatively then you give a longwinded account of the Moldies saga of 2008? Jesus H, this is just a gossip/chat/parenting site not the bloody Hunger Games!

Your just as bad OP Confused bleating one minute and calling another poster royalty? no-one's royalty apart from the ummm actual royal family are they.

AlleyCatandRastaMouse · 02/04/2016 22:59

The letter z in my world is Zee Maryz. It was from MN that I first learned that the letter H is in fact aitch not haitch although it is still haitch here every day on MN is a school day.

DH just said it is Zed but he pronounces your name Marys too😄. He too told me I have some weird American pronunciation of Zee.

AlleyCatandRastaMouse · 02/04/2016 23:08

I can only ask did RTE 1 or 2 show Sesame Street? Did they? If so then that sounds like a reasonable proposition otherwise it was Bosco who taught me.

I thought that in Ireland aitch/haitch was an indicator of whether you'd been to Catholic school or Protestant school, and so fair reason for getting beaten up (or worse)?

MitzyLeFrouf · 02/04/2016 23:11

Sesame Street was on RTE. I can't imagine Bosco did much zedding.

MitzyLeFrouf · 02/04/2016 23:11

That's only in NI Trills.

MitzyLeFrouf · 02/04/2016 23:12

They have many different ways up there.......

Throwingshadeagain - I wrote about Moldies because someone asked about it. What's the problem with that?

Vintage - I agree! Although I make an exception for Maryz, clearly.
