Weird title but basically I would like to retrain however I cannot cover loss of earnings without selling house so would you do this?

It's not worth selling your home to be a SW. There's no way you would be financially stable enough to get back on the property ladder. Everyone I know is trying to escape SW. It gets worse as the years go by.

2snugglets the amount of stress and responsibility doesn't make the pay worth it tbh. There are downsides to being agency too.

I loved SW and I worked with adults too. Clearly a theme.
