Ohfuckaducky Why the question? Eat the eggs, OP. It's not even a question.

superram · 26/03/2016 18:28

I give my kids the eggs and eat them anyway. They get a bit in a bowl-they obviously think the eggs are very small as they don't go very far Wink

So other people have given them them and you are going to hide them? Unless they are babies yabu. For a start surely if they have been given a present they will be saying thank you?

How old are they?
I used to get 10+ Easter eggs as a child and it did me no harm Grin

neonrainbow · 26/03/2016 18:37

I don't like posts when people agree its ok to pig out on the kids easter eggs. If the kids don't want them or have ended up with like 10 each then maybe. Otherwise they might prefer to eke them out. But if other people have given them eggs then yeah you shouldn't eat them. They aren't yours.

MrsSteptoe · 26/03/2016 18:38

Oh, they're a gift from someone else! No, I wouldn't do that. If I'd bought two eggs for DS, he might never know that there was originally a second egg. I was applying my own low standards to you, OP.

Eat them!! Grin

yorkshapudding · 26/03/2016 18:45

I agree with pp that it depends on the age of the child and how many eggs they've been given. My DD is only 2 and has so far been given at least half a dozen Easter eggs by friends and family, most of them full size ones, so I'm sure DH and I will end up working our way through some of them.

shazzarooney99 · 26/03/2016 19:02

If the kids have loads of eggs then fine they will never notice, however if they only have 1 or 2 then thats mean.

Ginslinger · 26/03/2016 19:06

eat the eggs - from what I've been reading this afternoon most kids seem to be getting so many treats it's like a second xmas - someone has to take a stand and I nominate you! Grin
